Accept payments in Mexico and invoice them automatically
Stripe, Mercado Pago, Conekta, OXXO and SPEI wired into your product — with webhooks you can trust and a CFDI for every charge that needs one.
Taking money in Mexico is harder than a Stripe tutorial makes it look. Customers pay by card, OXXO, SPEI or in installments (MSI); webhooks arrive late, twice or out of order; and every charge that needs a CFDI has to be stamped through a PAC with the right RFC, tax regime and use — plus a payment complement when the money arrives later. I build that layer end to end: gateway integration, idempotent webhook handling, reconciliation against what actually reached the bank, and CFDI 4.0 automation. I've built payments into a fintech SaaS, and I've written more than 50 in-depth guides on exactly these problems.
What you get
- Card, OXXO, SPEI and MSI payments through Stripe, Mercado Pago, Conekta or Clip — the right gateway for your customers, not just the one in the tutorial
- Webhook handling that survives retries and out-of-order events: signature checks, idempotency and one source of truth for payment status
- CFDI 4.0 stamped through your PAC for every charge that needs one, including payment complements (REP) and credit notes for refunds
- Reconciliation between gateway payouts, your database and your bank, so mismatches surface before your accountant finds them
- Recurring billing with failed-payment recovery, in pesos or dollars
- Clean, documented code and runbooks you own — plus a test plan for the parts gateways won't let you sandbox

FAQ
- What does a payments or CFDI integration cost?
- It depends on how many gateways and payment methods you need, whether CFDI stamping is in scope, and how much reconciliation your finance team expects. After a short scoping call I send a fixed quote, so you know the number before any code is written — no open-ended hourly billing.
- Which payment gateway should I use in Mexico?
- It depends on your customers. Stripe is strong for SaaS subscriptions and international cards; Mercado Pago is familiar to Mexican shoppers and supports many local methods; Conekta covers cards, OXXO and SPEI. Many products end up using two. I'll recommend one based on your payment methods, volume and fees before we build anything.
- Do I need a PAC to stamp CFDI?
- Yes. A CFDI is only valid once an authorized certification provider (PAC) stamps it for the SAT. I integrate the PAC you already use or help you choose one, and build the flow that decides which charges get invoiced, with which data, and what happens when stamping fails.
- How long does an integration take?
- A single gateway with solid webhook handling usually takes a few weeks; adding CFDI automation and reconciliation takes longer, depending on your invoicing rules. You get a timeline with the fixed quote, and you'll see working payments in a test environment early.
