Web apps and landing pages built to ship and convert
Real web products in React, Next.js, TypeScript and Go — not a template you'll outgrow in a month.
I build web apps and landing pages for founders, startups and teams who need a real product, not a page builder export. I've shipped a B2B marketplace, a 30K-member platform, and my own React/Go/AI company — so I know how to take an idea from blank repo to something live, fast, and measurably converting. Senior work, same timezone as the US, without US-agency pricing.
What you get
- A production web app or landing page in React, Next.js, TypeScript or Go
- Pages that load fast — real performance budgets, not a slow theme
- Conversion-focused structure: clear offer, real CTAs, tracking wired in
- Clean, typed code you or your next dev can actually maintain
- SEO and analytics set up from day one, not bolted on later
- Direct work with me — the person writing the code, not a salesperson
Proof
- NixblyMy own company — a React/Go/AI web platform I founded, built, and run in production.
- MercantoA B2B wholesale marketplace I engineered, connecting Mexican brands with retailers at scale.
- TruxgoPlatform and web engineering for a Puebla hosting and social company with a 30K-member network.

FAQ
- What does a web app or landing page cost?
- A focused landing page typically runs a few thousand dollars; a real web app with auth, a database and custom features lands in the low-to-mid five figures depending on scope. I price senior nearshore work at $50–$80/hour and give you a fixed range after a short scoping call — no surprise invoices.
- How long does it take?
- A polished landing page is usually 1–2 weeks. A first version of a web app is typically 4–8 weeks depending on features. I'll give you a realistic timeline up front and show working progress weekly, not a black box until launch day.
- How do we work together?
- We start with a short call to scope it, then I send a fixed plan and price. I build in milestones, share a live preview as I go, and you review at each step. You get the code, the deployment, and a working product — not a half-finished handoff.
- Why work with you instead of an agency or a template?
- With me you talk directly to the engineer building it — no account managers, no offshore handoff, no timezone gap if you're in the US. I've shipped real platforms end to end in React, Next.js, Go and TypeScript, and I write code your team can maintain. A template is cheaper until you need it to do something it can't.
